In the name of God Amen the xth day of Maie in the yeare of our Lord God 1605, I Peter Aston of Tachbroke in the county of Warwick tealer sicke in body yet God be thanked of Good & perfett remembrannce do make this my last will & testament in maner & forme following first I geve & bequeth my soule into the handes of allmightie God my creator and redemer & my body to be buryed in Christen buryall.

First I geve unto the Church of Tachbroke iijs iiijd. Item I geve unto poore of Tachbroke vjs viijd to be devided by my overseers. Item I geve unto Jone Aston my dowghter xxv li of good & lawfull englis money to be payd unto her ijth yeares after my decease. Item I geve Jane Aston my second dowghter xxvth li of good & lawfull money of England to be payd unto her within ijth yeares after my decease.
